Tendring Meadows Residential Home is currently recruiting care assistants and senior care assistants to join our friendly, dedicated team in the peaceful countryside setting of Tendring Green, near Clacton-on-Sea. As a homely, person-centred residential home, we support adults with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments, offering personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences. Our home is split into four sections across two levels, with communal lounges, dining rooms and an indoor sensory garden, as well as a large green garden that residents can enjoy at any time.

In these roles, you’ll have the time and support to build strong, trusting relationships with residents, helping them to feel safe, understood and truly at home. From assisting with personal care and bathing to supporting nutritious mealtimes and a varied programme of activities, you’ll play a vital part in keeping residents happy, engaged and healthy.
